I’ve been in the strength + nutrition coaching space since 2016, and through my company Happy Belly Strong, I’ve helped hundreds of women achieve their physique goals by training and fueling like athletes, not like burnt-out dieters.

My approach comes from real-life experience. I started as an amateur boxer while training clients up to 40 hours a week, and had to learn how to fuel my body with simple, high-quality meals that actually supported my energy, performance, and results.
