Hi, I’m Karyn

With over 10 year experience as a strength and conditioning coach and dozens of training certifications, I have a unique approach to my programming. I fuse science and soul for the whole woman transformation.

I started my journey in the heart of NYC where I built my strength & nutrition coaching business, Happy Belly Strong.

While starting out as a trainer, I lived in the extremes. Overtraining, under eating all while building my brand by juggling a full client roster and training full time as an amateur fighter. The hustle culture was all I knew, and it eventually led me to burnout. I was malnourished, unhappy, and not living up to my mission. I decided to leave the chaos of the city and relearn how to move and fuel my body the right way.

I started to embody the athlete instead of a burnt out dieter. This path eventually led me to create sustainable programs that build you up through every season of life.

My mantra is simple: “Train smart. Play forever."‍ ‍ Your success is not just my goal; it's my mission.

What you become a member you receive:

  • Portal of Training Programs: Each DIY program builds on the last, so you consistently see progress through each season. Just like how athlete have different seasons, so do we so we remain resilient and always grow. Each training phase has a different focus; strength, hypertrophy, fat lass, conditioning, performance. Programs are fully recorded so you can follow along the whole time.

  • Flexible Training: Programs are designed for at home with minimal equipment or can easily be done in a gym. All thats needed to be successful are a few pairs of dumbbells (or kettlebells), resistance bands, mini bands, and a small bench or couch.

  • Access to Tram Group Chat: Access to a private community inside the Telegram app for support, accountability, and connection. Expect monthly challenges, voice notes on various trainings, and a space to celebrate and share your wins.

  • Live Group Training Classes: (Available on the All Access Pass mebership option)
    Classes are held 2x a week via Zoom on Mondays 8:30am and Tuesdays 6pm eastern. Each week you get to be coached by me and move the community live. We cover part of the program so you get my eye on your form.. Many of the members hit a PR because the energy is electric!
